Getting to Dublin City Centre from :-.  

1.  Dublin International Airport:            

Bus Eireann provide a service (known as "Airlink") to & from the City  Centre on a regular basis throughout the normal working day i.e. every 15 mins. on the hour e.g.  11:00; 11:15; 11:30 etc. in both directions. The Airport bound Airlink Bus leaves the Central Bus Station, located in Store Street, which is opposite Connelly Station.

2.  Railway Stations:

(a)    CONNOLLY STATION:    

From Belfast (incl. Portadown, Newry, Dundalk & Drogheda)

        The Enterprise train service from Belfast terminates in Connolly Station and at the present time there are 8 trains every day (Monday - Friday) .

        Connolly also serves arrivals and departures to Sligo, Wexford, Maynooth and is the central interchange for the DART railway system(see below).

(b)   HEUSTON STATION

       Located on the south bank of the R. Liffey - adjacent to Victoria Quay and serves Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford,Kilkenny, Carlow &.Westport.

Bus Eireann provides a "shuttle service" (Route No. 90) between Connolly & Heuston Stations. Buses leave every 10 minutes with drop points at major locations in the City Centre, before terminating either at Heuston or the Central Bus Station opposite Connolly Railway Station.

3. DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit)

The DART is a surburban rapid transport service with high-frequency trains and extends from Howth (North of Dublin) to Bray (South of Dublin).  It calls at many of the railway stations on the east coast line and, as mentioned above, it has its main interface with the mainline railway network in Connolly Station.

The DART system is particularly useful to those who may wish to visit The Grand Lodge of Ireland because a short journey (about 5 mins.) will take them from Connolly Station to Pearse St.Station and from there it is only a short walk to Molesworth Street via Westland Road, Nassau St. & Kildare Street.
